Please allow 2-3 days for items to be despatched after your order. Ship via AUSTRALIA POST $10 (3-7 days domestic), FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING for orders over 200 AUD. All orders are shipped with tracking number which you will receive once shipping has been processed. COKOON can not be held responsible for stolen, damaged or lost packages

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

COKOON does not cover international customs and VAT taxes. Shipping via AUSTRALIA POST — US/NZ $19 (around 7-14 days), France/UK/Germany $35 (around 14-21 days) for any order under 1.5kg. For international orders over 1.5kg we will contact you regarding the individual shipping costs. Please include your phone number on your order in case we need to contact you about the delivery and for custom needs.
